These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and fd444 (the Platform). 4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fd444 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses and tournament prize pools to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

General Bonus Rules

A wagering requirement (rollover) must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover will be stated on the promotion page and must be met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation. fd444 monitors betting patterns and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse or exploitation of bonus mechanics is detected.

All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed when the bet is confirmed. fd444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a pricing error is identified, in which case the stake is returned in full. In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to a data feed delay or technical error will be voided and stakes returned. Cricket markets including BPL, IPL and international T20 fixtures are subject to the general account payout limits outlined in the cashier section of the platform.

Casino and Slot Games

7. Responsible Gaming

fd444 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, system upgrades, third-party payment provider outages, or events outside fd444's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread internet disruptions in Bangladesh. In the event of a platform outage affecting placed bets, fd444 will use reasonable endeavours to honour settled bets and will void unsettled bets, returning stakes in full.

10. Amendments to These Terms

fd444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, fd444 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via a notice on the platform or via the contact information associated with the player's account. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of fd444 after amended Terms are posted constitutes unconditional acceptance of those changes.
